A Landmark Luxury Villa Designed Around Wellness, Entertainment & Golf Course Living

Situated within the exclusive Sanctuary Falls community at Jumeirah Golf Estates, this flagship project transformed an unfinished shell-and-core property into an exceptional contemporary family residence. Designed by Grounded Design and positioned on a prime corner plot overlooking two championship golf course holes, the villa was conceived as a home without compromise. From the outset, the vision focused on combining luxury, wellness, technology, and architectural excellence while maximising the spectacular surrounding views. The completed residence now stands among the most remarkable homes within the community and remains one of Multibuild's signature projects.

Complete Villa Completion, Extensions & Bespoke Luxury Fit-Out

The project extended far beyond a traditional renovation and required the complete construction, installation, and commissioning of every major building system throughout the property. Works included multiple structural extensions, a new wellness and fitness wing above the garage, additional maid's and driver's accommodation, enlarged master suite areas, luxury kitchens, bespoke joinery, designer ceilings, smart home integration, imported Italian flooring, and complete MEP installations. Further additions included a private spa, sauna, steam room, temperature-controlled wine room, soundproof home cinema, landscaped gardens, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and outdoor entertainment areas.

Blending Contemporary Architecture With Luxury Resort-Inspired Living

Developed in collaboration with Grounded Design, the project focused on creating a seamless relationship between interior spaces, outdoor living areas, and panoramic golf course views. Every detail was carefully considered, from concealed air-conditioning systems and architectural lighting to bespoke ceiling designs and premium material selections. Particular attention was given to the master suites, wellness facilities, and entertainment spaces, ensuring each area delivered both exceptional functionality and a refined luxury experience. Smart technologies were integrated throughout the property to enhance comfort, convenience, and everyday living.
