Transforming A Traditional Villa Into A Bright Open-Plan Family Home.

This Arabian Ranches villa renovation was commissioned by a growing family seeking to modernise their home while creating additional living space for the future. The project centred around opening up the property's existing layout, increasing natural light, and improving the connection between indoor and outdoor living areas. Through structural alterations, a carefully planned extension, and a complete interior transformation, the villa was reimagined to better support contemporary family living.

Structural Alterations, Extension Works & Complete Interior Renovation.

A key element of the project involved removing the load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living area and installing a bespoke structural steel beam to create a spacious open-plan layout. The existing rear patio doors were replaced with a large bifolding door system overlooking the garden and swimming pool, dramatically increasing natural light throughout the home. Additional works included a side extension to create a new ensuite bedroom, a bespoke kitchen installation, staircase reconstruction, premium SPC flooring, and multiple bathroom renovations.

Creating Space, Light & Better Flow Throughout The Home.

The design strategy focused on maximising openness while maintaining a practical family-friendly environment. Particular attention was given to improving circulation between living spaces and strengthening the relationship between the interior and outdoor entertaining areas. The redesigned staircase, featuring integrated LED lighting and contemporary glass balustrades, became a focal architectural feature, while carefully selected finishes helped create a cohesive and modern aesthetic throughout the villa.
