Do you handle all permits and authority approvals?



Yes. We provide turnkey project delivery and manage all required permits, NOCs, authority approvals, and inspections as part of our service.

Approvals, engineering coordination, construction, and project management are handled in-house. Where specialist input is required, we collaborate with trusted external partners while maintaining full coordination and accountability under Multibuild’s management.

How involved can I be in the design process?



Clients are encouraged to be actively involved during the design stage. This is the most important phase, where layouts, materials, specifications, and technical details are developed in close collaboration with designers and our engineering team.

We strongly recommend finalising and approving the design before construction begins. Maintaining design stability during construction helps protect programme, cost control, and overall project efficiency.

How is quality controlled during construction?

Quality is managed through a layered control process. Our in-house engineers and project managers oversee works daily to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

In addition, independent certified inspections are carried out at key milestones to verify workmanship and progress before stages are signed off and payments released.

Do you provide independent or third-party inspections?



Yes. Independent, certified inspections are a mandatory part of our delivery process. Inspections are carried out at defined milestones to objectively confirm that works meet approved standards before progressing.

While supported through Build Assured, all inspections are performed by fully independent professionals operating separately from both entities, ensuring impartial and evidence-based verification.

How are variations or changes handled during construction?



Variations are managed through a formal change order process. Each change is clearly documented, reviewed for its impact on cost and programme, and approved in writing before implementation.

Where necessary, the project schedule is updated to reflect agreed changes, ensuring transparency and control throughout the process.

Who manages my project day to day?



Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager, supported by our in-house engineers and site supervisors.

Clients benefit from a single point of contact, ensuring clear communication, efficient decision-making, and consistent oversight from start to finish.

Can I work with my own designer or consultant?



Yes. We regularly collaborate with client-appointed designers and consultants.

Our role is to ensure designs are buildable, compliant, and efficiently delivered, while preserving the original design intent through structured coordination and engineering review.

How do you select subcontractors and suppliers?



Our specialist subcontractors and suppliers are selected based on years of proven project experience. We work with partners who consistently demonstrate technical excellence, reliability, and quality workmanship.

All specialist works are integrated into our project management framework and verified through defined quality checks and independent inspections.

Are you fully licensed and insured in the UAE?



Yes. Multibuild Construction is fully licensed with the relevant UAE authorities and maintains appropriate insurance in line with regulatory and project requirements.

We can provide all compliance documentation upon request and manage permits, inspections, and final approvals through to fully certified project handover.

Do you provide warranties and post-handover support?



Yes. We provide a one-year workmanship warranty covering works delivered by our team within the agreed contractual scope.

Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment and appliances. All warranty documentation is provided at handover, and our team remains available to assist post-completion if required.

What happens after project completion?



At handover, clients receive a comprehensive documentation pack including approved drawings, completion certificates, warranties, and relevant approvals.
