The Al Barari Flagship Villa Transformation Was Conceived as an Ultra-Luxury Home Without Compromise.

This flagship renovation in Al Barari, Dubai, represents one of Multi Build’s most ambitious and refined residential projects to date. The homeowner, who had been residing in the villa, set out to reimagine the property as a landmark residence defined by architectural presence, craftsmanship, and exceptional attention to detail. To realise this vision, Multi Build collaborated closely with Blush International, a distinguished design studio renowned for highly personalised luxury interiors and creative excellence.

The Scope of Work Delivered a Complete Top-to-Bottom Villa Renovation With Bespoke Specifications Throughout.

The project involved a full structural and interior transformation of the villa, including the complete replacement of all air-conditioning systems, newly constructed ceilings, and a bespoke lighting scheme across all liveable areas. Two basement levels were fully refurbished, with one converted into a private gym and the other transformed into a luxury cinema and bar lounge. The scope also extended outdoors, with comprehensive landscaping works including the roof terrace and master terraces, ensuring the villa was cohesive in both form and function.

Design and Planning Were Driven by Close Collaboration and an Uncompromising Commitment to Quality.

From the outset, the project operated as a true partnership between homeowner, designer, and contractor, allowing decisions to be made efficiently while preserving the integrity of the design vision. Premium materials and specialist suppliers were carefully selected, including full replacement glazing systems with large-format motorised sliding doors by Oryx Doors & Windows, a precision-engineered Siematic kitchen installation, full marble and hardwood flooring, and intricately detailed bespoke joinery. Architectural lighting was developed in collaboration with I Light You, enhancing spatial depth, texture, and atmosphere throughout the home.
