The project involved a top-to-bottom refurbishment of the villa, including the complete replacement of all air-conditioning systems and ducting, full internal renovation across living spaces, and the installation of new windows and doors. Bespoke joinery and custom carpentry were introduced alongside a new kitchen installation, with upgraded finishes applied throughout the property to enhance comfort, performance, and long-term durability.
