This project involved the complete transformation of a shell and core commercial unit in Business Bay into a flagship French tailoring boutique, introducing advanced suit-making technology to the UAE market. The space was designed to reflect both heritage craftsmanship and modern innovation, blending traditional bespoke tailoring with cutting-edge garment technology. Multi Build was appointed to manage and deliver the project from concept approvals through to final certification and handover.

The Shell and Core Fit-Out Scope Covers MEP Installation, Authority Approvals, and Full Regulatory Compliance.

Starting from an empty shell and core condition, the scope of work included full electrical and mechanical installations, air conditioning systems tailored to operational requirements, and a fully compliant fire protection system incorporating fire control panels, sprinklers, smoke detectors, and alarm systems. The project also involved testing, commissioning, coordination with relevant authorities, submission of technical drawings, and obtaining all required approvals and compliance certifications.

Bespoke custom carpentry elements were developed to reflect the brand’s luxury identity, complemented by seamless microcement flooring, designer ceilings with special-effect lighting, and high-end finishes that enhance the customer experience while meeting operational and regulatory requirements.
